Growth and Development Nook is a media and communication training company for individuals and organisations. Our goal is to help individuals and organisations become better communicators and communicate with impact.

Value: We believe that every communication should be valuable. There should be a value-add, whether it educates, informs, or entertains. And so, we aim for valuable communication.
Care: We believe that to communicate clearly and with impact is to care about the receiver of the message. And so, we seek to put “care” in communication.
Feedback: Communication is two-way, and impactful communication is one that listens and gives room for feedback. As such, we aim for effective feedback with our communication.

She is a creative and resourceful professional with over a decade of experience helping individual and corporate brands effectively communicate with their audience.As the founder of Corporately Lucid, a digital media agency that fosters clear, effective communication for brands across industries globally, Ayishat demonstrates strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Through Corporately Lucid, she helps brands effectively position themselves online and offers strategies that deliver quality, consistent visibility.

She holds a Master's Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's in Mass Communication from Caleb University, Lagos.In 2025, ALX Nigeria celebrated her as one of the 100 women driving change in tech. She was also named one of the 2024 PowerWomen 100 recipients by The PowerWoman Network. She was also celebrated in BusinessDay for International Women’s Day 2024.Ayishat is a member of the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Alliance, an Associate Member of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), and of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
